The Effect of Job Security and Job Attractiveness on Intention to Leave: the Mediation Role of Employee Engagement

Purpose: This study aim to examine the influence of job security on employee engagement, intention leave through attractiveness and analyze engagement at MSMEs in Sasirangan, South Kalimantan.
